Applied on my own last year and got refused, so I had basically given up on the trip. Ferris went through my bank statements and found two transfers I had never explained anywhere. Rebuilt the whole application around that. Approved in eleven days.

Nine years of embassy paperwork has taught us where applications actually fail. Almost none of it is about whether you qualify.

Not sure which visa applies to you? Ask us before you pay anything.
Four steps, and only one of them needs you
You upload your documents once. Everything after that is our work, and you can see where the file has got to at any point.
-
Free assessment
Tell us where you are going and why. We confirm which visa applies, whether you are likely to qualify, and what the whole thing will cost.
We do this, with you on a call
-
Your document checklist
A checklist written around your nationality, route and circumstances rather than a generic PDF. Upload once to the encrypted vault and we chase anything missing.
The only part that needs you
-
Forms and appointment
We complete the official forms, a second handler checks every answer cold, and we book your biometrics or interview at the right consulate.
We do this
-
Submission and tracking
We file it and stay on it. Weekly updates, same working day responses to any embassy query, and the decision the hour it reaches us.
We do this
Where most applications fail
Most refusals have nothing to do with whether you qualify. They come from a date that does not match your other documents, a payment into your account that nobody explained, or a form field answered the wrong way round. Those are the things we check for.
-
A named case handler
One person handles your file from start to finish, and you have their direct line.
-
Fixed fees, quoted upfront
Our service fee and the embassy fee, both in writing before we start. We do not bill by the hour.
-
A second pair of eyes
Another handler checks the whole file before we submit it.
-
Encrypted document handling
Passport scans and bank statements sit in an encrypted vault, and we delete them when you ask.
Dubai, China, Indonesia,

Tourist and business categories.
Indonesia
Visit visas, extendable B211A social and business visas, and sponsor documents for longer stays in Bali and Jakarta.
India
eVisa and consular routes for tourism and business, including the OCI and PIO paperwork.

One application covers 29 states.
United Kingdom

The two things people forget
until the week they fly
Arranged alongside your visa, on the same file, with the same handler. Neither needs a separate application.
Travel insurance
Medical, cancellation, baggage and repatriation cover, underwritten by A-rated insurers and accepted by every consulate we file with. Schengen applications require it, and a policy that does not meet the €30,000 medical minimum is a common cause of refusal.
From $18 per trip, or annual multi-trip cover
Global eSIM
Data in more than 190 countries, installed before you leave home. No physical SIM to swap, no queue at the airport kiosk, and no roaming bill waiting for you when you land back.
From $9 per plan, activated on arrival
What our clients say
Four of us going to a trade fair in Munich, four different passports. I was expecting four separate headaches. They ran it as one file and kept everything in a single email thread. Nobody missed the flight.
The interview practice was the bit that mattered. They drilled me on the funding questions until I could answer in one sentence without waffling. Walked out knowing it had gone fine.
Common questions
No. Only the embassy decides, and you should be wary of any agent who claims otherwise. What we can promise is that your application will be complete and consistent, which is where the great majority of refusals come from. If a refusal turns out to be our error, we refile at no cost.
Our fixed service fee covers the eligibility assessment, your document checklist, completion and checking of all official forms, appointment booking, submission and tracking through to a decision. Government and embassy fees are separate and you pay those directly. We show you both numbers before you commit to anything.
Our side usually takes 72 hours from receiving your complete documents to submitting them. After that it is down to the embassy. Roughly 3 to 5 days for the UAE, 10 for Schengen, 15 for the UK, and anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks for the US depending on interview availability. We give you a realistic date at the assessment stage.
Usually yes, though not with the same file. We start by reading your refusal notice and working out which paragraph of the rules was cited, then rebuild the application to answer it. About a third of the cases we take on have a previous refusal behind them.
You upload documents to an encrypted vault that only your named handler and the reviewing handler can open. We never email scans of your passport. Once a decision is issued you can ask us to delete everything, and we confirm in writing once it is gone.
Yes. We handle families and groups travelling together as one linked file, so dates, addresses and sponsor details stay consistent across every applicant. Mismatches between those are what usually gets a group application queried. Group rates apply from four applicants.
